Fe-Nb-B-Ta合金的非晶質形成能力及軟磁性質之研究

The Glass Forming Ability and Magnetic Properties of Fe-Nb-B-Ta Alloy

摘要


本研究以添加微量的鉭來探究其對Fe-Nb-B合金之非晶質形成能力及軟磁性質之影響。使用填充氬氣之電弧熔鍊爐進行(Fe72Nb4B24)100-xTax(x=0,1,2,3,4,5 and 6 at.%)母合金的製備。以單輥熔射旋淬法製備成分為(Fe72Nb4B24)100-xTax(X=0,1,2,3,4,5及6 at.%)之四元合金薄帶。以XRD及SEM檢測(Fe72Nb4B24)100-xTax合金薄帶的原子結構,結果顯示當Ta由0at%增加到4at%時皆為非晶質結構。在熱性質方面,Fe-Nb-B-Ta非晶質合金顯示出寬廣的過冷液體區間,意味著其具有良好的熱穩定性,從DSC及DTA的量測中得知在Ta添加3at%時,有最大的過冷液態區△Tx=70.65K、最大的Trg=0.57及γ=0.39。軟磁性質的表現上,透過熱磁分析儀(TMA)及振動樣品磁力儀(VSM)的量測,得知Ta的添加量從0at%增至4at%時,其居禮溫度(Tc)從545.70K降至461.37K,飽和磁化強度(Ms)從1.14 T降至0.9 T,矯頑磁力(Hc)從62.55A/m降至13.21 A/m再逐漸增加至29.0 A/m。經由上述的實驗得知,Ta的添加量為X=3 at%時,使Fe-Nb-B合金具有最佳的非晶質形成能力,並且保持良好的軟磁性質。

The effects of amorphous forming ability and soft magnetic properties by Ta addition on Fe-Nb-B metallic alloy was investigated in this study. Ingot with formula of them were fabricated by argon arc-melting method The multi-component alloy ribbons with compositions of (Fe72Nb4B24) 100-xTax (X=0,1,2,3,4,5 and 6 at.%) were prepared by single roller melt-spinning method. The ribbon of microstructure was amorphous from X=0 at.% to 4 at.% by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The Fe-Nb-B-Ta metallic glass shows the high glass forming ability and good thermal stability. The maximum △Tx(=Tx-Tg)-70.65 K, the maximum Trg (=Tg/Tl)-0.57 and γ=0.39 in addion 3 at% by Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Differential thermal analysis (DTA). By Thermomagnetometry analyzer (TMA) and Vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), adding minor X-0 at.% to 4 at.% were measured the Curie temperature (Tc) decreasing from 545.70 K to 461.37 K, the saturation magnetization (Ms) decreasing from 1.14 T to 0.9 T, and the coercive force (Hc) decreasing from 62.55 A/m to 13.21 A/m then increasing to 29.0 A/m in the ribbin. In condition, minor Ta addion X=3 at.% could increase amorphous forming ability and still maintain good soft magnetic properties.
