球狀沃斯田鐵相對AM355合金鑄件機械性能之影響

Effects of Globular Austenite Phase on the Mechanical Properties of AM 355 Casting

摘要


本研究是利用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)、X光繞射儀(XRD)及拉伸試驗機等儀器,探討AM 355合金之相變態及機械性能,研究結果如下:AM 355合金鑄件經固溶+深冷+時效處理,其顯微結構為回火麻田散鐵+沃斯田鐵雙相結構,其機械性能為抗拉強度1518~1552.5MPa、降伏強度1276.5~1311 MPa、伸長率為9~11%。此合金經由高溫處理,可將沃斯田鐵球化,對伸長率可提升到15~18%,而強度變化不大。此外,不同的冷卻方式(油冷、水冷與液態氮冷卻)時,可獲得不同比例的球化沃斯田鐵相:其中,液態氮冷卻時,可得較高之球化沃斯田鐵相比例。

The purposes of the present studies are to investigate the microstructures and mechanical properties of the commercial AM 355 stainless steel by using the SEM, XRD and tensile tests. Some results are described as follows: After solution annealing, sub-zero, and aging treatment, the microstructure of the commercial AM 355 stainless steel is a mixture of the tempered martensite and austenite phases. In general, the UTS, YS, and EL of the present alloy are in the ranges of 1518~1552.5 MPa, 1242~1311 MPa, and 9~11%, respectively. Based on the present studies, the AM 355 was heated at 980℃ resulting in the austenite being with globular shape. In addition, the elongation of the AM 355 was increased to 15~18% with imperceptible decreased the UTS. Moreover, increasing the cooling rate, the amount of the globular austenite would be increased.
