摘要


鑄造中金屬與鑄模的界面熱傳關係是很重要的,電腦模擬熱傳分析過程中需要正確的界面熱傳係數h。本研究利用模流軟體ProCAST輸入數組h值,經模擬凝固後求出特定點的溫度變化,並與實驗時相對應的熱電偶量測所得的溫度變化做比較,以找出最適當的的熱傳係數h。

It is very important to know the interface heat transfer coefficient, h, at casting-mold interface in casting. The heat transfer coefficient in heat transfer analysis must be decided for computer simulation. Commercial software ProCAST was used to run the solidification simulation with several input values of h. The temperatures of several locations were selected from each simulation and compared with the experiment data from thermal couple temperature recordings. In this way the best fit value of h can be determines easily.
