微量Sc對Al-Si-Mg合金特性影響

Effects of Trace Element Sc Trace Quantity Addition on the Properties of the Al-Si-Mg Alloy

摘要


本研究主要探討添加微量鈧(0.2-0.8wt%)對於Al-Si-Mg合金鑄造狀態及T6熱處理後微結構、硬度、韌性、阻抗性、拉伸強度及破斷行為的影響。利用光學顯微鏡、X光繞射(XRD)、掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)分析材料微結構,並用萬能試驗機及微硬度試驗機量測機械性質。實驗結果顯示,在A356.2鋁合金中添加0.4wt%Sc,可有效抑制樹枝狀晶粒成長,並獲得最佳的強度與硬度。

The influence of trace 0.2-0.8 wt% scandium on the microstructures, tensile properties and fracture behavior of Al-Si-Mg alloys were investigated under as-cast condition and T6 treatment. The microstructure of alloys was observed by optic microscope (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and mechanical properties were measured. Experimental results show that the dendritic structure can be inhibited, when the scandium content is over 0.4 wt%, and the tensile strength and hardness can be optimal for the content of 0.4 wt% scandium.
