Sc對Al-7Si-0.3Mg鋁合金時效性質與微觀組織之研究

摘要


本論文以Al-7Si-0.3Mg鑄造鋁合金為研究對象,熔煉時添加0.2~0.6%的Sc元素,以探討添加Sc對Al-7Si-0.3Mg鋁合金的影響,包括不同的時效處理溫度與時間對Al-7Si-0.3Mg鋁合金機械性質和微觀組織之研究。研究結果顯示,添加適量的Sc(0.4%)元素以及適宜的時效處理溫度與時間(195℃×4Hr),確實能提高Al-7Si-0.3Mg鋁合金的抗拉強度(296Mpa)和硬度(HRB63)。

This thesis takes Al-7Si-0.3Mg casting aluminum alloy as the research object, adding 0.2~0.6% Sc element during smelting to investigate the effect of adding Sc in Al-7Si-0.3Mg aluminum alloy, including the research on different aging treatments temperature and time for the mechanical properties and microstructure of Al-7Si-0.3Mg aluminum alloy. The results show that adding an appropriate amount of Sc (wt 0.4%) and a suitable aging treatment temperature and time (195℃×4Hr) can indeed increase the tensile strength (296 MPa) and hardness (HRB 63) of Al-7Si-0.3Mg aluminum alloy.
