Acute Traumatic Diaphragmatic Rupture with Tension Gastrothorax: Report of a Case
創傷性橫膈破裂合併張力性胃胸：病例報告
摘要
外傷性橫膈破裂是一個不常見的情形，且多半發生於多重外傷的病患。由於診斷上的困難，橫膈破裂往往會被忽略進而導致嚴重的後遺症。外傷性橫膈破裂後，腹內臓器進到胸腔會造成和急性壓力性氣胸相似的症狀。壓力性胃胸是一個橫膈破裂後少見但極危險的後遺症。在此，我們提出一例病例報告及文獻回顧。

Traumatic diaphragmatic rupture is an uncommon event that is usually found only in a patient with multiple injuries. Diagnosis can be difficult and injuries may go unnoticed, leading to serious delayed complications. Herniation of abdominal viscera into the thorax following traumatic diaphragmatic rupture can simulate acute tension pneumothorax. Tension gastrothorax is a rare, life-threatening complication of traumatic diaphragmatic hernia. In this report, we discuss the case of a blunt trauma victim with acute diaphragmatic rupture and tension gastrothorax.
