胰十二指腸切除術後之胰胃吻合術
摘要
胰十二指腸切除術最早於1935年由Whipple等人首先創始描述，爲了改善此一高風險的手術，多年來已做了若干的改良。本篇以迷你回顧性評論的方式來介紹胰胃吻合術，探討此吻合手術之優點，同時比較胰胃吻合術及傳統胰空腸吻合術在滲漏、手術合併症及死亡率之差異。

Pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) originally described by Whipple et al in 1935 has undergone many modifications to improve its surgical risk. In this mini-review, the advantages of pancreaticogastrostomy are addressed. Pancreatic leakage, surgical morbidity and mortality of pancreaticogastrostomy are compared with conventional pancreaticojejunostomy.
