Sigmoid Colon Perforation Following Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Surgery
腹主動脈瘤破裂術後併發乙狀結腸壞死穿孔：病例報告
摘要
腹主動脈瘤破裂常引嚴重併發症，而乙狀結腸穿孔導致腹膜炎乃罕見且致命病發症。我們報導一個74歲男性患者因腹主動脈血管瘤破裂接受主動脈瘤切除及繞道手術後4日發生乙狀結腸壞死穿孔引起腹膜炎，經診斷治療後康復。

Fecal peritonitis involving ischemic damage of the gastrointestinal tract following aorto-iliac bypass surgery is uncommon and potentially fatal. We report a 74-year-old male with a ruptured abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Emergent aorto-iliac bypass surgery was performed after admission. Infarction of the sigmoid colon and rectum occurred on the 4(superscript th) postoperative day. Fecal peritonitis was also noticed. Exploratory laparotomy was done. The operative findings consisted of perforation of the sigmoid colon and ischemic change of the sigmoid colon and rectum. Postoperatively, the patient recovered well. The relevant literature is also reviewed.
