Breast Carcinoma Metastasizing to Composite Pheochromocytoma: Report of a Case
乳癌轉移至混合嗜鉻性細胞瘤：病例報告
摘要
乳癌與混合嗜鉻性細胞瘤同時存在很少見。乳癌轉移至混合嗜鉻性細胞瘤更是少見。我們提供一個51歲女性病患因下背痛右髖部痛且體重一個月內減輕10公斤。病人最後被証實爲右腎上腺混合嗜鉻性細胞瘤，並同時由乳癌轉移及多處骨頭轉移。病人接受右腎上腺切除術，骨髓穿刺及乳房穿刺病理切片。病人於術後恢復良好，隨後於術後三週後接受進一步化學及放射線治療。不幸，病人於術後16個月因癌症惡體質死亡。

Synchronous presentation of breast cancer and composite pheochromocytoma is quite rare. Breast cancer metastasizing to composite pheochromocytoma is still rarer. We present a 51 year-old female with low back pain, right hip pain and body weight loss of 10 kg in a month. The patient was shown to have composite pheochromocytoma with intratumor metastasis of breast cancer, and there was also multiple bony mestastases. The patient accepted right adrenalectomy, bone marrow biopsy and core needle breast biopsy. She recovered well after the operation, and received combined chemoradiotherapy in later weeks. However, the patient eventually died of cachexia 16 months later.
