Primary Urinary Bladder Mucosa-Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) Lymphoma: Report of a Case
原發性膀胱黏膜相關淋巴組織(MALT)淋巴癌：病例報告
摘要
原發性膀胱淋巴癌是極爲罕見的，最常見的類型是粕膜相關淋巴組織(MALT)淋巴癌。在膀胱MALT淋巴癌大多是預後良好的。我們報告一個82歲女性病人，臨床上表現持續性血尿。經檢查發現一個息肉樣膀胱腫瘤，且侵犯周遭組織和區域淋巴結。臨床上因此懷疑是膀胱癌，但經病理檢查才做出淋巴癌的正確的診斷。病人接受聯合rtuximab和CHOP化療及局部放射線治療後，腫瘤治療效果良好且接近完全消退的反應。

Primary urinary bladder lymphoma is extremely rare, and the most common type is mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma. The prognosis of primary MALT lymphoma of the urinary bladder is good. We report an 82-year-old female patient with presentation of persistent hematuria. One polypoid tumor of the urinary bladder was found involving the right parametrium and regional lymph nodes. Urothelial carcinoma was suspected clinically and the correct diagnosis was made by the pathological examination. Chemotherapy with combined rituximab and CHOP regimens, then subsequently local radiotherapy, was given and a good response with nearly complete remission was noted.
