摘要

上肢，尤其是手部的血流充沛，而所需手術的組織如神經、血管、肌腱等常予精細技術，為使出血不致妨礙手術，所以充氣止血帶的使用為常規。但止血帶放鬆後的廣泛性滲血相當使人困擾，尤以將行植皮手術者為甚。今吾人參考Dr. Wilgis對止血帶使用後缺血肢體中變化的研究結果而將壓迫止血法與止血帶止血法合併使用，使得手術後的止血既簡單方便，又確實可靠。

Blood supply in upper limb, especially in hand is plenty. So we routinely use pneumatic tourniquet hemostasis during operation. But, the widespread oozing bleeding after releasing of the cuff is burdensome, especially when skin graft is necessary. By the result of Dr. Wilgis’s study, we used tourniquet and pressure hemostasis in combination. After 21 months of clinical use, we found that this combined method of hemostasis is simple, effective and reliable.
