上臂殘肢之重建—病例報告
Reconstruction of an Above-Elbow Sump - A Case Report
摘要
這是電燒傷經過叉關節截肢術及皮膚移植術後，上臂殘肢的部份幾乎只剩肱骨和單層皮膚覆蓋著，根本無法適應義肢的裝置，必須靠背闊肌皮瓣移植片來重建以利義肢之操作。

This is a case of elbow disarticulation from electrical burn. His upper arm was covered by one layer of skin graft almost on the top of humerus bone. In order to facilitate an arm prosthesis fitting, a latissimus dorsi myocutaneous flap was designed and wrapped around the deepitherialized upper arm for reconstruction. The details of surgery and rehabilitation are presented and the result is encouraging.
