Treatment of the Idiopathic Frozen Shoulder by Arthroscopic Brisement
原發性冷凍肩的關節鏡裂斷術治療
摘要
原發性冷凍肩有許多種治療方法,也有不同的結果報告，高雄醫學院骨自民國73年元月至75年6月，共有57位病人接受肩關節鏡裂斷術的治療，而有40位被追踪檢查。治療結果，大多數病人的肩關節活動度在治療後馬上有很大的進展，而且在日常生活的使用上感到方便許多，肩關節疼痛會隨著關節活動度的增加而日漸減輕，一般至三個月時，病人可做任何方向的活動而不感到痛。以肩關節鏡裂斷術來治療原發性冷凍肩，不僅可以洞悉關節內的病變如滑膜腫大，發炎，互相粘黏和關節腔內退化性病變等而且對於長久罹患冷涷肩痛苦的病人也可以恢復正常的肩關節活動，在經過擴張、剝離、清創及徒手操作後。

Fifty-seven (forty cases followed) of idiopathic frozen shoulder were treated by arthroscopic brisement combined with manipulation at Kaohsiung Medical College Hospital since January, 1984. All patients felt that they had much improved their shoulder motion and functional use immediately aftedr the procedures. Return to a totally free range of motion of the shoulder without discomfort took three months in all patients except two. For the idiopathic frozen shoulder patient, the arthroscopic brisement is apparently a highly successful procedure, bendficial not only to the detection of inside lesions but also a solution to the problem of stiffness.
