摘要

本病例為前足之壓碎傷，經擴創後留下一個大的足底軟組織缺損。理想上，該傷口的重建需要(1)皮膚覆蓋。(2)良好的皮下軟組織墊及(3)知覺的恢復。上臂側皮瓣滿足了以上三種需求。由於它有多方面的利用，在重建顯微手術之應用上日漸普遍。我們報告此病例來介紹它的手術技巧及使用於足部重建手術方面的優點。

This is a case report of crushed forefoot with a large plantar skin defect after debridement. An ideal reconstruction for this patient equires 1) skin coverage 2) good subcutaneous padding and 3) sensory recovery. Lateral upper arm flap was designed to meet all three requirements. The wide variety of use of this new ree flap makes it quite popular. We present this case to demonstrate the surgical technique and advantages of lateral upper arm flap in reconstructive microsurgery of the foot.
