Intraosseous Hypertension in Osteoarthritis of the Hip and Ischemic Necrosis of the Femoral Head
髖關節骨性關節炎及特發性股骨頭缺血性壞死之高骨髓內壓
摘要
髖關節骨性關節炎及特發性股骨頭缺血性壞死之病例，均可發現其股骨近端之髓內壓有上升的現象。在骨性關節炎( OA )的病例中，其平均壓力，不正常高壓之發生率及正壓迫試驗(Positive Stress Test)分別為30.0 ± 4.2 Hg，39%及26.7%。在特發性股骨頭缺血性壞死之病例則分別為45.6 ± 19.4 mmHg，79%及56.1%，這兩組之間的差異，在統計學上是有意義的。

Intraosseous hypertension is noted both in osteoarthritis of the hip (OA) and ischemic necrosis of the femoral head (INFH). The mean intraosseous pressure (IOP) in OA cases was 30.0±4.2mmHg, incidence of abnormal IOP and incidence of positive stress test were 39%and 26.7%respectively. They were 45.6±19.4mmHg for IOP, 79% for abnormal IOP and 56.1% for positive stress testin INFH cases. There was a statistically significant differencebetween the cases of O.A. and INFH regarding IOP studies.
