脊椎滑脫症以環狀Luque氏脊椎固定桿治療的經驗

Experience in Spondylolisthesis Treated with Loop Luque Rod Instrumentation

摘要

由民國74年4月至76年2月間，台北市立仁愛醫科共經驗20個脊椎滑脫症與脊椎離解症手術的病例。我們以腰椎X－光，脊髓X－光攝影術與電腦斷層攝影術作為診斷治療之依據。病人之年齡由21歲至68歲，平均是48.5歲；其中男性有5位，女性有15位。而10例屬於峽性脊椎滑脫症，另10例為變性脊椎滑脫症。我們以脊椎後側骨融合術或脊椎關節骨融合術加上Loop Luque氏脊椎固定桿治療，手術後數天，病人即下床行走，除肥胖之病人外，一般病人不須用背架。術後追踪治療時間最短為4個月，最長為26個月，平均是15.2個月。手術治療成功率為18例（90%）。

From April, 1985 to February, 1987, we had experienced 20 cases of spondylolis-thesis and spondylolysis in the Orthopaedic Department of Taipei Municipal Jen Ai Hospital. Lumbar spine X-ray, myelography and CT scan were used as diagnostic tools for these cases. The age ranged from 21 years old to 68 years old, with the average of 48.5 years old. Five patients were male, and the others were female. Ten cases were isthmic type, and ten cases were degenerative type. Posterolateral fusion or facet fusion with loop Luque rod instru-mentation was the treatment of choice. The patients were permitted to get up several days after operation. External support was not used except in obese patients. The follow-up time after operation: 4 months to 26 months, with the average of 15.2 months. Overall satisfactory results found in 18 cases (90%).
