跟骨巨大細胞瘤
Ginat-Cell Tumor of the Calcaneus -A Case Report-
摘要
巨大細胞骨瘤為一較少見之骨骼疾病。一般好發部為以股骨遠端，脛骨近端及橈骨遠端最為多見，然而生長在跟骨之具大細胞則為罕見。據文獻記載，其罹患率約占千分之三。本院病例為一22歲男性，茲就其發現經過，手術治療追蹤結果，提出以供參考。

Gaint-cell tumor of bone is an infrequent primary neoplasm,accounting for approximately 20% all primary bone tumors. The three most common sites are the distal femur, proximal tibia, and distal radius. Giant-cell tumor of tarsal bone is rare, especially, located in the calcaneus. The estimated incidence in giant-cell tumor of the calcaneus is about 0.3%. It is predominantly a tumor of young adult, slightly more with giant-cell tumor of the calcaneus as reported. Clinical manifestation, iperative method and result are discussed with short review of the literature.
