Shoji – Roth – Chuinard Procedure for Old Grade III Acromio – Clavicular Injury – A Personal Clinical Experience-
以Shoji-Roth Chuinard手術式重建陳舊性第三度骨肩峰鎖骨關節損傷
摘要
在三年期間，有14例陳舊性第三度肩峰鎖骨關節脫臼，左肩11例，右肩3例，以Shoji-Roth Chuinard手術式重建治療，即喙突肩峰帶連帶一個骨塊植入鎖骨骨髓腔中固定。 所有病人皆能得到無痛或稍微痛的全肩關節活動，並且有相稱的肩關節外觀。此方法避免由金屬固定物所引起的失敗。我們認為這種手術對於第三度陳舊性肩峰鎖骨關節損傷是一種良好的重建手術方法。

There were 14 cases of old Grade III acromio-clavicular injuries during 3 years period, left side had 11 cases, and right side had 3 cases; they all received operation by the Shoji-Roth-Chuinard operative procedure with a bone block transfer of coracoacromial ligament into the medullary canal of the distal clavicle. All the patients regained painless or slight pain-full range of shoulder motion and symmetric appearance of the shoulder girdle and avoided the metallic implant failure. We consider it to be a good reconstructive operative method for old Grade III acromioclavicular joint dislocation.
