Solitary Osteochondroma of Patella – A Cases Report
單純性臏骨性軟骨瘤症－病例報告
摘要
單純單純性骨性軟骨瘤是最常見的良性骨瘤，它常發生在肱骨，脛骨及遠端股骨處。但骨性軟骨瘤發生在臏骨確是罕見，在過去文獻中僅有一回顧性文獻中作一簡單記載而已。 一位24歲女性，有右膝關節疼痛活動受限且同側大腿肌肉萎縮之病史5個月。經一連串之檢查後，接受外科手術摘除骨腫瘤。病理報告為骨性軟骨瘤病。此一為罕見之發生部位，特別提出此病例並作綜合性文獻回顧。

The solitary osteochondroma is known to be the most common benign bone tumor and occurs most frequently in the proximal humerus,tibia and distal femur. Osteochondroma in the patella is so rare that it has been reported in only one case. A 24-year-old female, who complained of progressive right knee pain, limitation of knee pain, limitation of knee joint motion and ipsilateral muscle atrophy for 5 months. After serial examination and surgical intervention, an osteochondroma of th patella was proven. For the rarity of the situation, we report the cases with literature review.
