髖關節向後骨折脫臼
摘要
省立桃園醫院由1981年4月到1989年9月共蒐集了28個骨關節向後骨折脫臼的病例。我們依據Thompson及Epstein的分類，其中Type I有8例，Type II有五側，Type III有五例，Type IV有2例，Type V有8例，8例採用保守性療法，20例接受開刀。20個接受開刀的病例中有17例得到滿意的結果，其餘3個病例，一個有股骨壞死，兩個有外傷的關節炎，屬於Type I的8例接受保守療法都得到極佳的結果。

A series of 28 patients with posterior fracture-dislocation of the hip, treated in Provincial Tao-Yuan General Hospital from April 1981 through September 1989 were reviewed. Follow up period was six months to seven years and eight months (Average 26.6 months). According to the classification of Thompson and Epstein, 8 type I, 5 type II, 5 type III, 2 type IV and 8 type V. The result was satisfactory in seventeen of the twenty surgical treated patients. One had avascular necrosis of the femoral head, Two developed post-traumatic arthritis. All the eight conservatively treated patients (type I) gained satisfactory results.
