Triplane Distal Tibial Epiphyseal Fracture a Case Report and Literature Review
脛骨遠端三平面型骨折病例報告及文獻回顧
摘要
脛骨遠端三平面型骨折好發於青少年生長板將癒合期。這種骨折雖不常見，但近年來已引起廣泛的研究及瞭解。藉電腦斷層檢查，可以清楚分析出骨折的立體結構以及判別關節面是否平整。超過二公厘的關節斷面位移易造成日後關節症狀，宜手術整復。 一位十四歲的國中生因跳遠造成足踝三平面骨折。經電腦斷層檢查，發現閉鎖式整復失敗，遂行開放式手術整復。我們提出這個病例報告及綜合性獻回顧，希望能對這種骨折有更深的認識。

Triplane fracture of distal tibal epiphysis in adolescents is a relatively rare but recently well recognized entiy. CT scan offers the best evaluation of the freacture and residual displacement more than 2 mm requires open reduces. A 14-year-old boy sustained a two-fragment lateral triplane fracture was diagnosed with reconstructive CT scan and treated with open redction after faiure of closed manipulation. For the rarity and importance of recognition of the fracture, we report the case with literature rewiew.
