Arthroscopic Treatment of a Painful Shoulder Cyst Associated with a Slap Lesion

Summary: A 23-year-old, right handed mad had insidious onset of right shoulder pain associated with overhead activities for 2 years. He was a heavy worker and he had trauma history over right shoulder about 3 years ago . The pain aggravated recently. The magnetic resonance imaging revealed glenoid-labral cyst associated with SLAP lesion. Arthroscoic surgery with decompress-sin of the cyst and stabilization of the SLAP lesion simultaneously was done. After the operation and scheduled rehabilitation his shoulder was pain free and returned to daily activities.
