摘要


本研究乃是利用具有盲孔的小胚料進行前向擠壓,以獲得具高深寬比深微孔之微型零件,其中先進行精微擠壓之有限元素模擬分析,以瞭解其變形趨勢發展,再利用自行設計建構的精微擠壓成形機具進行前向擠壓實驗,並將相關製程參數及微型擠壓件量測結果做一分析比較,以探討不同擠壓比、填充料直徑和填充料種類對微型擠壓件之影響。

To obtain micro-parts with high aspect ratio holes, forward extrusion is used to process smaller billets with blind holes. First, the finite element simulation analysis of micro-extrusion should be done to find the tendency and development of billet deformation. Then, micro forward extrusion experiments should be done using the micro-extrusion facilities designed and constructed by the author. Finally, the related process parameters gained from simulation and experiments and the measured results of micro-extruded parts will be employed for analysis and comparison. Thus the influences of different extrusion ratios, filler diameters, and filler materials on micro extruded parts have been explored.
