本論文主要在探討碳化鎢車刀在各種不同切削速度累積作用下之刀具壽命變化,利用泰勒氏刀具壽命方程式推導出碳化鎢車刀之累積壽命。經由實驗結果發現,以不同切削速度累積切削時之刀腹磨耗變化與使用固定速度切削時之刀腹磨耗變化具有很大的正相關性;而且經由分析亦發現,切削速度變化之先後順序亦會對刀具壽命產生影響。
This paper is pointed to the tool life variation of tungsten carbide tools under the cumulative action of different cutting speeds. By using Taylors'tool life equation, the cumulative tool life equation is derived. According to the experimental results, it can be found that the tool flank wear variation under the cumulative action of different cutting speeds has the positive relation with the constant cutting speed. And it also found that the tool life of the tungsten carbide tools may be affected by the history of the cutting speed.
