非均質碳纖維雙極板對質子交換膜燃料電池性能的影響

The Influence of a Hetergeneous Carbon Fiber Composite Bipolar Plate to the Performance of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell

摘要


本文以三維數值模擬PEMFC陰極流場,針對石墨雙極板與非均質碳纖維雙極板,分析各流場速度分布及進出口壓降損失。由計算結果得知,非均質碳纖維雙極板的速度分佈均勻,尤其在肋條下方有更均勻之速度分佈、且入出口壓降損失較小。

This paper uses Three-dimensional numerical simulation to imitate a PEMFC cathode flow field, a graphite bipolar plate and a heterogeneous cabon fiber composite bipolar plate to analyze each flow field velocity distribution and inlet/outlet pressure drop. From the results of our calculation, the velocity for the heterogeneous carbon fiber composite bipolar plate distributes uniformly, especially when placed under a rib and have smaller inlet/outlet pressure drop.
