有限元素ANSYS分析親子型腳踏車連接處之力學行為

摘要


本文是將有限元素分析軟體ANSYS來分析親子型腳踏車在三種不同負載狀況下連接處的力學行爲,其中的三種不同負載爲:(1)正常騎乘的狀況、(2)騎乘者傾斜的狀況及(3)腳踏車高速碰撞10公分高障礙物的狀況。本文分析流程是先運用Pro/Engineer繪圖軟體,建立親子型腳踏車尺寸規格的3D分析模式及其立體圖。接著,將親子型腳踏車的3D分析模式,轉換到有限元素分析軟體ANSYS上,並進行適當元素的切割。同時,根據親子型腳踏車三種不同負載的狀態,建立起相關的負載條件及其邊界條件。最後,進行有限元素ANSYS分析親子型腳踏車連接處在相關負載下的力學行爲,並針對分析的結果進行研判後,提出重要的相關行爲趨勢及結論。

The purpose of this paper is to use the finite element analysis software ANSYS to analyze the mechanical behavior of a bicycle subjected to three different load conditions: (1) the bicycle is under normal load, (2) the rider of the bicycle leans to one side, and (3) the bicycle hits a 10 cm bump at high speed. First, based on the specifications of the bicycle, Pro/Engineer graphic software is used to build a 3D analysis model and its solid graphic. Next, the 3D analysis model is transferred to the finite element analysis software, ANSYS, and a proper mesh representation is constructed. Simultaneously, based on the three different load conditions on the bicycle, the relative load and boundary conditions are established. Finally, the finite element analysis software, ANSYS, is used to calculate the mechanical behavior of the bicycle under different load conditions. Based on the analytical results, important behavioral trends are identified and conclusions drawn.
