航機停機線維修排程最佳化之研究

OPTIMIZATION OF AIRCRAFT LINE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULES

摘要


航機維修是航空產業中的必要工作,航機維修業者需擬定出完善的維修計畫,確保航機飛行安全與航班正常運作。目前航機停機線維修排程皆基於決策者經驗以人工的方式進行,然而隨著航機維修人員的漸趨短缺,以及航空公司機隊規模的擴大,傳統人工排程的方式已漸有無法負荷之虞。緣此,本研究以航機維修業者的角度,利用數學規劃方法,考量實務上相關維修限制及航機班表,以總成本最小化為目標,建構航機停機線每日檢修排程最佳化模式,並透過CPLEX數學規劃軟體求解模式。最後,本研究以國內某一航空公司之維修子公司的營運資料為範例進行測試,並針對不同參數進行敏感度/方案分析,測試結果良好,可供未來航機維修業者進行停機線維修排程規劃之參考。

Aircraft line maintenance is necessary work for the aviation industry. Aircraft maintenance operators need to plan a comprehensive maintenance plan to ensure the safety of aircraft and the normal operation of flights. Currently, aircraft line maintenance schedules are manually planned based on decision makers' experience. However, with the gradual shortage of aircraft maintenance technicians, as well as the expansion of the aircraft fleet, the traditional manual scheduling method is becoming unsustainable. Therefore, this study constructs a daily maintenance scheduling model for aircraft line maintenance with the consideration of relevant practical maintenance constraints and aircraft schedules. The model aims at minimizing the total cost and is solved using the mathematical programming software CPLEX. Finally, we perform a case study using data from a maintenance subsidiary of a domestic airline to preliminarily evaluate the model. A number of sensitivity / scenario analyses were also conducted. The test results are good, indicating that the model could be used as a reference for future aircraft maintenance operators to plan their aircraft line maintenance schedules.
