摘要

關於睡虎地秦簡的研究工作，過去多偏重歷史課題的開展，文獻學方面的探討相對不足。有鑑於此，筆者擬由標題格式的觀點切入，分析睡虎地秦簡標題語的格式類型，所得結論詳見本論文第二節，希望有助於重建我國古代簡册制度。
整理小組編撰的《睡虎地秦墓竹簡》一書，公認是研究這批竹簡最重要的基礎資料。本論文第三節的工作性質，即是運用初步歸納所得的睡虎地秦簡標題格式，回頭檢視《睡虎地秦墓竹簡》一書的〈釋文〉和〈注釋〉，針對該書與已知標題格式扞格不合的部分內容，進行比較深入的探討。

The two main objectives of this paper are: Firstly, to study and analyze the heading patterns of the Qin Dynasty bamboo slips from Shuihudi, Yunmeng County, Hubei Province, in order to reconstruct the ancient slip system; Secondly, using the heading patterns of these Qin bamboo slips derived from this study to examine the transcriptions and exegesis for the writings on the slips included in the book Shuihudi Qinmu Zhujian (Bamboo slips from the Qin dynasty tombs at Shuihudi).
