The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among individual traits of visitors, nature environmental attentions and emotional experiences produced within, based on theories such as recreation expectancy, sensation seeking, arousal or attention, and adaption level. Research framework was established and factors for analysis selected. The whole research framework is consisted of six factors; visitor characteristics, past experiences, recreation expectancy, and sensation seeking are four independent factors, environmental attention as an intermediate factor, and emotional experiences as the dependent factor. Ten hypotheses were assumed among those factors, Chitou forest recreation area was chosen to test.
