都市地區遊憩設施之產業競爭評估與服務績效分析

摘要


都市地區有些以大自然、生態為主題的遊憩單位必須與其他休閒娛樂場所競爭。本文籍一熱帶雨林館為例,示範產黨競爭的分析方法。此方法著重於衡量遊憩單位本身的特質,以及該單位與其他休閒事業之競爭、合作關係。本文並分析訪客對各服務項目之評價。此二項分析方法之設計相似,但用途不同,主管單位應二者並用,用來改進服務品質,進而訂定未來發展策略。

This study demonstrates the development of a competition analysis to assess the service values of an urban environmental attraction and its relationship with competing attractions. The study also applied an importance-performance analysis to evaluate service attributes. The two analytical methods were a useful pair of evaluation tools to support management's marketing efforts.
