解說效果之探討-以板橋林家花園爲例

A Study on the Effectiveness of Interpretation: Application in the Lin Residence

摘要


本研究以傳統庭園-板橋林家花園爲研究對象,對其解說設施的使用效果加以探討。以解說設施對遊客參觀時之「遊憩體驗」、「對保存傳統庭園的功能之同意程度」、及「學習效果」等方面之影響,來探討板橋林家花園目前的解說效果。研究結果顯示,在遊客體驗方面,有無使用解說的遊客,在「充實豐富的」體驗方面確實有差異,且使用解說具有加強體驗的效果。在遊客對保存傳統庭園的功能之同意程度方面,有無使用解說的遊客,在「保存傳統庭園,做爲民眾休閒遊憩的場所」這項功能的同意程度確有差異,且使用解說有加強同意程度的效果。在學習效果方面,有無使用解說的遊客,在學習效果的總分上確有差異,且使用解說可顯著的強化學習效果。

This study explored and discussed the effectiveness of the interpretive facilities used in the Lin Residence. The interpretive effectiveness was measured by three aspects including recreational experience, consensus on keeping the Lin Residence as a traditional Chinese garden and the effect of positive learning. The results were as follows: First, there was a significant difference in the item of ”substantial and abundant recreational experience' between visitors who used interpretive facilities and those who did not. Second, there was a significant difference on the consensus with ”keeping traditional gardens as recreational areas for the public” between visitors who used the interpretive facilities and those who didn't. Third, visitors who attended the interpretive programs had higher test scores than those who didn't.
