大學專業學系教育目標評價分析-以休閒類別為例

Analysis of the Goals of CollegeEducation in ProfessionalDepartments-Using the Departments in the "Recreation" Category as Examples

摘要


本研究以國內休閒相關學系制定的教育目標為對象,嘗試以數量化理論解釋各大學相關休閒學系之教育目標定位,結果發現前述目標之整體結構,主要由「重視人格特質」、「重視智識才能」、「重視管理能力」與「重視職場專長」所組成;同時可將各大學樣本進一步分類為「本職學能導向」、「事業經營導向」、「領導才能導向」與「就業能力導向」四個教育目標群。此外,「問題解決能力」與「團隊合作精神」二項教育目標類別,受到較高程度的關切與重視,所得成果期能提供作為未來相關休閒教育規劃時之部分參考。

This study applies Hayashi's quantification theory to analyze the goals of college education in professional departments that seek to train recreation industry professionals in Taiwan. The results showed the framework of the goals to mainly consist of the dimensions of ”personality characteristics”, ”knowledge and ability”, ”managerial capability”, and ”professional expertise”. In addition, the universities surveyed could be categorized into four groups according to their educational goals: ”professional skills-oriented”, ”business operations-oriented”, ”leadership-oriented”, and ”employability-oriented”. Furthermore, ”problem-solving ability” and ”spirit of teamwork” were goals that were highly influential and heavily emphasized. We hope these results can be taken into considerations in the planning of professional education for the recreation industry.
