Past studies on the source of leisure support have placed an emphasis on non-work areas of "other" support sources. They do not look at leisure support provided by an organization in the work environment. Jobs in high-technology industries are generally characterized by high competitive pressure. It is thus an important issue for companies to help employees relieve stress and promote resilience to work through leisure support. This study explored the sources of leisure support in the high-technology industry in order to fill the research gap. This study adopted the qualitative research method and conducted in-depth interviews with 22 people from the high-technology industry. The strict content analysis method was applied to conclude the sources of leisure support in this industry, including: 1) motivation-oriented leisure support; 2) facilities-oriented leisure support; 3) time-oriented leisure support; and 4) community-based leisure support. Based on the results, this study proposed several managerial implications and directions for future research.
