聽眾對語音合成導覽裝置聲音偏好之探討

Audience's Preferences toward the Voice of Speech Synthesis Tour Device

摘要


電腦語音合成導覽裝置是有關解說時常會用到之技術,本研究透過Praat軟體及Mixcarft調音軟體中語音轉換技術,讓語音頻率高低與波形依照使用聽眾的偏好來做調整,探討參觀靜態藝文展覽時,使用語音合成導覽裝置的遊客對於語音導覽裝置所使用的聲音之偏好。透過Praat軟體以運用語音轉換技術,讓語音頻率高低與波形形狀能依照使用者偏好調整,以至自己最滿意之聲音狀態,並且記錄各使用者偏好的頻率及波形。本研究將使用者偏好之頻率及對應音量利用統計軟體進行統整及分析,找出聽眾偏好的波形。期盼透過本研究之成果,建構語音合成導覽裝置聽眾較喜歡之聲音,提升聽眾使用好感度,增加其使用意願。本研究共計回收有效樣本為306份,結果發現:(1)學生聽眾所偏好較傾向女性聲音。(2)學生聽眾所偏好之語音頻率高音較強,低音較弱。(3)在不同性別的受測者中,男性偏好之頻率比女性略高。

A speech synthesis tour device is a common technique used during tour commentary. This research applied Praat and Mixcraft software to allow the audience to adjust the frequency and shape of the wave until they obtained a voice they found pleasant to listen to. Data regarding the frequency and shape of the waves were collected for future analysis to determine the audience's preference toward speech synthesis and identify the most suitable voice for a computer audio tour device. The results of the 306 valid data collected showed that students preferred (1) a female voice and (2) a higher frequency voice than a lower frequency voice. Additionally, males preferred a higher frequency voice than did females.
