戴君仁先生之學術關懷及其《詩經》學析探

An Analysis of Dai Jun-Ren's Academic Care and His Studies of the Classic of Poetry

摘要


此文主旨在探討戴君仁先生學術關懷主旨,並由此論及其《詩經》學思想。戴君仁為戰後自大陸遷臺學者,對臺灣高等教育發展卓有貢獻,並對經學有深入研究。然自其辭世後,學界除表達緬懷之意,尚未對其經學思想進行全面探討。此文則透過《戴靜山先生全集》所收錄探討《詩經》之論文,分析其《詩經》學思想之得失,發現戴君仁主要立基於儒學關懷以闡釋《詩經》相關議題。他重視《詩經》的教化價值,指出漢代《詩經》思想重視對王道理想的闡發,宋代以朱子《詩集傳》為主的思想則偏重於教育功能。他並且提出許多《詩經》學史上的新見解,如古文經學的產生晚於今文經學,刪詩者為太師而非孔子,《周禮》六詩的次序是古代樂師教唱之法等,均可提供研究者參考。此文雖僅探討戴君仁《詩經》學思想,然在此文的基礎上,當可再開展出對戴君仁經學及臺灣經學史發展脈絡的相關認識。

This paper mainly investigates Dai Jun-Ren's academic care and his studies of the Classic of Poetry. Dai is a Chinese scholar who moved to Taiwan after the Second World War. He made significant contributions to Taiwan's higher education and did in-depth studies of Chinese classics but after his death the academia did not conduct any comprehensive study on his Confucian thoughts. This paper analyzes his articles on the Classic of Poetry and finds that Dai explained the Classic of Poetry with Confucianism and attached importance to the cultivation value of the Classic of Poetry. He pointed out the fact that scholars in the Han dynasty paid attention to politics while Zhu Xi emphasized education. He also brought out many new ideas. He deemed that the old text Chinese classics were later than the new text Chinese classics and the editor of the Classic of Poetry was not Confucius. He also believed that the Six Characteristics of the Classic of Poetry mentioned in the Rites of Zhou are actually methods of singing for ancient musicians. This article is a comprehensive study of Dai and Taiwan's Confucian thoughts.
