基因表現系統在生技藥品的發展與成果
Advances and Achievements in Gene Expression Systems for Production of Biopharmaceuticals

In recent years, many gene expression systems have widely been employed in generating the pharmaceutical products of therapeutic proteins or antibodies. The present article gives (1) an overview of these gene expression systems currently employed in the industry and (2) a better understanding of the individual system that will have impacts on the product cost, product properties and the feasibility of the final product commercialization.
