從美國對南非的經貿管制探討我對大陸的經貿政策

摘要

本文探討在經貿全球化的衝擊下國家與市場的相互關係。本文首先討論美國從八○中期至九○年代初對南非的經貿管制措施。美國行政機關管制措施的規定及執行堪稱嚴密，但多國籍企業仍能以國際化的經營方式逃避管制措施。從美國對南非政策的成敗之處，可以歸納出經貿國際化與政治干預相互關係的一些原則。從這些原則，可以比較分析我國現行對大陸經貿政策，進而從中獲得一些理論上及實際運作上的啓示。
