中國大陸企業海外直接投資之分析

摘要

隨著經濟的持續成長，中國大陸逐漸成為一重要的外人直接投資(FDI)來源地。本研究透過數據資料歸納和個案分析，對大陸企業海外直接投資加以總結。研究發現，就不同形態企業的投資動機而言，中央型國有企業以實現政府政策目標為動機。非中央型國有企業和民營企業以拓展市場和技術升級為目的。就投資之產業而言，中央型國有企業集中於礦業；非中央型國有企業和民營企業集中於製造業。就進入模式而言，中國大陸企業在礦業投資的進入模式以購併為主；非中央型國企和民營企業以新建和購併為主。

China is becoming an important source of outward foreign direct investment (FDI) all over the world as a result of her unflagging and long- term economic growth. The purpose of this paper attempts to crystallize the facts and analyze the characteristics with respect to the official data. The goal of the central state-ownership enterprises is to fulfill the policy of the state and invest centrally in mine industry. The entry modes of the central state-ownership enterprises are vertical integration. The investments of non-central state-ownership and private enterprises focus on the manufacture industry. The incentive of them is to explore new market and update technology. The entry modes both of them include green investment and vertical integration.
