摘要

本文介紹關於球孢白僵菌的殺蟲機理及其幾丁質酶的研究。在幾丁質酶方面主要包括：產酶條件、酶的分離、純化、酶的性質、酶的定位；在球孢白僵菌的殺蟲機理方面主要包括：孢子萌發、入侵過程及孢子入侵後對蟲體防禦反應的抑制作用，對其分泌的毒素進行分離、純化和結構分析，並分別研究其對整體昆蟲及離體昆蟲培養細胞的毒性。

Research on insecticide mechanism of Beauveria bassiana and its chitinase is introduced in the present paper. The research on chitinase induces: conditions for producing chitinase, isolation, purification, properties, and location of the enzyme. The research on insecticide mechanism induces: germination and intrusive process of conidia, inhibition of Beauveria bassiana by defensive response of insects. The isolation purification and structure analysis of the toxin from Beauveria bassiana, and its virulence on whole worm and culture cell of the worm were also studied.
