不完全菌Clavatospora屬之研究
Taxonomic Study of the Genus Clavatospora (Hyphomycetes), with a New Record Species of the Genus to Taiwan
摘要
Nilsson於1964年創設Clavatospora新屬，由於Nilsson當時並未指定該屬之模式種(type species)，因而此屬之命名乃屬無效。直至1971年Marvanova 和Nilsson特地撰文並選定Clavatospora longibrachiata 為此屬之模式種後，方取得其命名之合法性地位。1980年Marvanová再次檢查Clavatospora屬之已知種後，又重新修訂此屬之特徵描述，其文中除只保留一個種(C. longibrachiata)外，同時另創設兩個新屬（Heliscella屬及Nawawia屬）分別收納其中三個種成為H. stellata、H. stellatacula與Nawawia filiformis。Nakagiri與Tubaki於1985年發表一項有關海洋子囊菌之有性世代及無性世代關系之研究時，發現一子囊菌Corollospoora pulchella之無性世代有著與Clavatospora屬之模式種(C. longibrachiata)極為相似的分生孢子形態及產孢分式，因此Nakagiri與Tubaki交Clavariopsis bulbosa歸併到Clavatospora屬中，使其成為該屬的第二個種。臺灣於1997年七月份在高雄縣小琉球島上之枯枝分離到一具有星狀形分生孢子菌株，經培養研究結果，依產孢方式及分生孢子形態特徵乃鑑定其為臺灣新記錄種C. bulbosa。

The current generic concepts and condiogenesis of the genus Clavatospora is briefly discussed and a cultured species, Clavatospora bulbosa is described and illustrated from decaying stem for the first times in Taiwan.
