Saccharomycopsis Crataegensis, a New Record for Taiwan

摘要

本文對於採自屏東坎頂木瓜果園土壤的臺灣新紀錄種一山楂腹孢膜霉(Saccharomycopsis crataegensis)，進行形態描述及生理特性說明。本種爲異宗交配型，此新分離株FIRDI 80D2418與菌株CBS7190互爲對應交配株。截至目前爲止，全世界只有美國及義大利有報告分離到此菌種，而本菌種是第一次在臺灣被發現及記錄。

A morphological and physiological description of Saccharomycopsis crataegensis, a species newly recorded in Taiwan, from the soil of a papaya orchard in Kanting, Pengtung, is given. Saccharomycopsis crataegensis was only found in America and Italy until now. This species is heterothallic. Strain FIRDI 80D2418 and strain CBS 7190 are of opposite mating type.
