臺灣高產胞外多醣酵母菌的篩選和分佈的研究

Studies on Distribution and Screening of High Exopolysaccharide Producing Yeasts in Taiwan

摘要


本研究萃取由臺灣本土所分離到的283株酵母菌的胞外多醣,獲得8株高產量菌株。以形態特徵與Biolog MicroLog System鑑定套組鑑定高產量的菌株,除Sporidiobolus pararoseus、Cryptococcus albidus var. diffluents各1株外,6株皆為所謂的黑色酵母菌(為一群可形成yeast-like形態的絲狀真菌),包括2株Aureobasidium pullulans。其中一株黑色酵母菌菌株WS3胞外多醣產量最高,為15.7mg/ml。這些產生高量胞外多醣的菌株來源,陸源性的多於水中分離到的菌株;臺灣原生植物或果樹的葉表、果實表面以及蜘蛛上都有高多醣產量的酵母菌。

The potentials of 283 yeast strains isolated from Taiwan for producing exopolysaccharides (EPS) were investigated. Eight high EPS-producing yeasts isolates were identified by morphological characters and Biolog yeast identification kits. They were identified as they belonged to Sporidiobolus pararoseus, Cryptococcus albidus var. diffluents, and 6 black yeast strains, including two strains of Aureobasidium pullulans. The highest EPS yield was 15.7 mg/mL which produced by a black yeast stain WS3. Among the high EPS-producing yeasts, terrestrial strains were more than the strains obtained from aquatic environment. They collected from phyllosphere, fruits, and spiders of Taiwan.
