摘要

一項臺灣接合菌綱研究過程中，有三種弓黴屬真菌：柱孢弓黴黑色變種(Absidia cylindrospora var. nigra)，異孢弓黴(A. heterospora)及假柱孢弓黴(A. pseudocylindrospora)被分離並鑑定。三者均為臺灣的新紀錄。文中記述其形態特徵及相近種類間之異同。

During an investigation of Taiwan Zygomycetes, Absidia cylindrospora var. nigra, A. heterospora, and A. pseudocylindrospora were isolated from soil samples and identified as new records of Taiwan. This study collected soil samples and herbivore's dung from all around the island. Identification of Absidia species was based on the optimal growth temperature and morphological characters such as colony color, spore size and shape along with number of sporangiophores per whorl. These three species are mesophilic fungi with optimal growth temperature around 25℃.
