Notes on Zygomycetes of Taiwan (X): The genus Lichtheimia in Taiwan

摘要

一項臺灣接合菌綱研究過程中，有四種利克次黴屬（Lichtheimia）真菌被分離並鑑定。其中華麗利克次黴（L. ornata）和多枝利克次黴（L. ramosa）為臺灣的新紀錄。鑑定係基於形態、生理以及親緣關係分析（ITS、SSU及LSU D1/D2區域）結果。文中記述其特徵，提供圖片及親源關係樹並討論相近種類間之異同。

During a long term study of Zygomycetes in Taiwan, four species of Lichtheimia were isolated from soil, dung, and compost. They are Lichtheimia corymbifera, L. hyalospora, L. ornata, and L. ramosa. Among them, L. ornata and L. ramosa are new records to Taiwan. Identification was based on morphological, physiological characteristics and phylogenetic analysis of rDNA of ITS region (ITS1-5.8S-ITS2), SSU and LSU D1/D2 domain. A key to the species of Lichtheimia from Taiwan is also provided.
