產生於六種樹種木材之牛樟菇子實體成分比較

Comparing components of Antrodia cinnamomea basidiomes produced on wood of six tree species

本研究以種植在六種樹種(牛樟、樟樹、冇樟、香杉、杉木、柳杉))木材之牛樟菇子實體為材料,比較與標準檢驗局通過之“牛樟菇子實體”的國家標準草案中兩個重要質量標準:乙醇萃取物乾重 > 25 %及含有八種指標成分(antcin A、antcin B、antcin C、antcin H、antcin K、dehydrosulphurenic acid、dehydroeburicoic acid 和4,7-dimethoxy-5-methyl-1,3-benzodioxole)。種植在六種木材的牛樟菇子實體經三次乙醇萃取的乾重除柳杉外均高於25 %,其高低順序為樟樹、牛樟、香杉、冇樟、杉木、柳杉,但並無統計上的差異,此結果顯示人工栽培的牛樟菇在醇萃物的含量也可達野生牛樟菇的標準。以HPLC分析上述六種牛樟菇醇萃物樣品,均可以檢測到牛樟菇八種指標成分,此結果顯示不同木材基質上產生的牛樟菇子實體,在成分上均含有某種程度的相似性。

The basidiomes of Antrodia cinnamomea produced on wood of six different tree species, i.e., Cinnamomum camphorata, Ci. kanehirae, Ci. micranthora, Cryptomeria japonica, Cunninghamia lanceolata and Cu. lanceolata var. konishii, were compared for chemical quality and quantity. Two chemical standards for A. cinnamomea basidiomes set by the General Committee, Bureau of Standards, Metrology & Inspection, ROC in 2013 are: (i) dry weight of ethanolic extract higher than 25 % and (ii) eight indicator components including antcins A, B, C, H, K, dehydrosulphurenic acid, dehydroeburicoic acid, and 4,7-dimethoxy-5-methyl-1,3-bensodioxole. The basidiomes harvested from wood of the six tree species were extracted by 95 % ethanol, and the dry weight of these ethanolic extracts were higher than 25 % except for those from Cr. japonica but showed no statistically significant differences among themselves. The results indicated that dry weight of ethanolic extracts of A. cinnamomea basidiomes from wood of the six tree species could reach the standards based on wild basidiomes. By HPLC analysis, the basidiomes produced on wood of the six tree species contained all eight indictor components as shown in the wild basidiomes.
