The Application of the Motion Analysis System in the biomechanical Study of the Hand

動作分析系統在手部生物力學研究的應用

摘要


動作分析方法已是一受好評且有效力的工具用以量測步態功能及人體作。近年來,這個技巧亦已開始運用在手部動作的研究上。希望透過本篇文章對動作分析系統在生物力學研究上的簡介,能讓臨床治療師及研究人員對其有所了解,並能對臨床上的問題做一深入的研究與探討。 此篇文章的第一部份提出動作分析系統的簡介及其所應用的領域。第二部分我們簡單的介紹動作分析方法的基本概念及操作。一個運用切作分析方法之典型的運動學分析包含四個主要部分:資料收集、數位化或標記點的偵測、計算及呈現結果。最後我們回顧若干運用動作分析方法來量測手部功能的研究。 動作分析系統提供許多的領域一個科學化的工具,去執行正確的功能性評估和臨床及研究導向的目的,比如促進表現、避免傷害、恢復活動力及骨科或運動器具的技能等。它也提供臨床醫師、治療師、訓練員、義肢或裝具設計師及教練等,在為個案設計治療方法、訓練方法、設計標準及復健活動草案等的重要訊息。

The motion analysis method has been a popular and valid tool used to evaluate the gait function and human movement. The motion analysis provides scientific tools in several fields to perform accurate functional evaluations and analyses for clinical and research oriented purposes such as performance enhancement, injury prevention, return to activity and effects of orthopedic/athletic devices. It also provides valuable information for physicians, therapists, trainers, prosthetic/orthotic designers and couches in designing treatment programs, training methods, design criteria and rehabilitation protocols for individuals. Recently, this technique has been applied in the investigation of hand movement. In the first part of this article, the image-based motion analysis system and its applications are described. Secondly, the basic concepts and the operation of motion analysis are briefly addressed. A typical kinematic analysis by the image-based motion analysis method consists of four distinct parts: data collection, digitizing or marker detection, computation and presentation of the results. The final part of this article presented research examples of evaluation of hand function using motion analysis. In this section, the use of motion analysis for investigating the hand function from the biomechanical point of view was exemplified
