The educators in occupational therapy have a lot of duties and social responsibilities in fostering qualified occupational therapists. Curriculum design and fieldwork monitoring are both included in the duty of educators. As a fieldwork coordinator, it is important to have more cases and information to support the process of decisions making. This article described a student case to evoke some discussions in ethical and legal issues in fieldwork education of occupational therapy. One clinical tool-Clinical Ethics and Legal Issues Bait All Therapists Equally (CELIBATE) was used to solve problems. At the end, some recommendations based on using this tool were presented as references for the readers.
