摘要


職能治療教育者肩負有發展教育課程、督導學生實習事務以培育合格職能治療師的責任。在督導學生實習事務時,職能治療教育者需要有較多的個案與資料來支持其行動與決策的正當性,本文以描述個案與情境的方式,嘗試使用Clinical Ethics and Legal Issues Bait All Therapists Equally(CELIBATE)這個工具來協助教育者思考與分析,並衡量相關的倫理與法律議題,找出可能達至最大善利益的行動方案。在文末,作者也對使用CELIBATE提出一些看法與建議以供讀者參考。

The educators in occupational therapy have a lot of duties and social responsibilities in fostering qualified occupational therapists. Curriculum design and fieldwork monitoring are both included in the duty of educators. As a fieldwork coordinator, it is important to have more cases and information to support the process of decisions making. This article described a student case to evoke some discussions in ethical and legal issues in fieldwork education of occupational therapy. One clinical tool-Clinical Ethics and Legal Issues Bait All Therapists Equally (CELIBATE) was used to solve problems. At the end, some recommendations based on using this tool were presented as references for the readers.
