台灣物理治療人員人力異動原因之探討

Factors Affecting Physical Therapist's Turn-Over in Taiwan

摘要


本研究主要目的在探討影響物理治療師人力異動的原因,以問卷方式調查各項可能原因影響人力異動的重要性。問卷採五點計分方式,以決定各種可能原因對人力異動的重要性。問卷資料分析,依百分比排列各影響原因的重要性,再利用社會科學統計分析:(SPSS)套裝程式集,進行統計分析,分別分析專業教育程度、從事專業時間、每日治療病人時間、年齡、性別、工作地點與前十項影響異動的因素的相關性。在開始問卷之前,先做一前導的研究以確定問卷的適用性及清晰度。本研究有助於了解造成物理治療人員人力異動的原因,可供改善及規劃相關政策的參考,使物理治療人員人力的流失及流動減低,以提高物理治療工作的穩定度。

The main purpose of this study is to understand factors affecting physical therapist's turnover. A survey questionnaire was mailed to each member of the physical therapy association of R.O.C. One hundred and twenty-one responses (35.9% of the total samples) were used for data analysis. The result showed ”lack of personal development”, ”low-level of work satisfaction” and ”the achievement of physical therapy as a professional was different from what one expected originally” were three most important factors affecting the turn-over. The first ten important factors were also listed by ranking, and compared with different general data, such as age, sex, years in profession, etc.
