Reproducibility of Knee Joint Position under Active and Passive Conditions

膝關節之本體感覺在主動與被動情況下重覆測試的可信度

摘要


藉由重覆測試十三個正常受試者同側膝關節之被動本體感覺,發現無論在主動與被動之情況下,其可信度皆不理想。主動測試之平均誤差比被動測試時為高。人類在主動及被動下感受肢替位置時可能採用不同之機制,例如不同之周邊迴饋可能影響腦中樞對肢體位置的感受。其後之測試應在擺置位置(trial Position)及測試情況(testing Position)皆採用主動或被動之機制時來測得。

Assessment of knee joint position sense by the method of reproduction of passive position within the same limb was investigated in 13 normal subjects. It was found that the reliability of this measurement is not good under either active or passive reproductions. The mean error in this active trials is higher than that in the passive trials and that is more of a tendency to overshoot during active trials. People perceiving passive and active conditions seem to involve different mechanism. This different peripheral feedback may alter the central perception of position. In future assessments the trial position. and the testing condition may need to be similar to test both active and passive mechanisms contributing to position sense.
