Prolonged isometrical exercise, ie, stable exercise, is a muscle training technique under the maximal psychophysically stable condition included breathing control, maxiimal attention, extremity fixation and isometrical exercise. This report is a personal experiece of prolonged isometrical exercise for fingers force training, and includes some symptoms and signs for prolonged isometric exercise. I wish this type of exercise may improve the muscle training techniques used in the clinic, for further, understanding of the muscle training.
